VRS is an abbreviation of “Value Relationship Storage” and is a blockchain-based solution that can solve social and public issues. It was established with the purpose of “Define, develop, and save the future with solutions.” Our company started this project to share our vision and ideology. VRS(Value Relationship Storage) is a blockchain-based lifelog storage platform. it creates an ecosystem of my data concept in healthcare 3.0era, which connects vital - life - medical -finance - insurance - fitness - security to make you experienced happy life. The Data 3Act, South Korea including amendments to the Credit Information Act, which came into force in August 2020, provides the right to claim that "I am the owner of the data created by me". The major Data3 Act are as follows.

The online personal information supervision function will transferred to the Personal Information Protection Commission.
VRS divided the widely defined data into personal information, pseudonymous information, and anonymous information, and specified the scope of personal information to be protected. Thus, “My Data” has become possible to actively utilize data beyond the individual’s independent management of data.The “right to request transmission of personal credit information” included in the amendment to the Credit Information Act is a representative example of the use of My Data. MyData is becoming issue as a global trend. Among them, the European Union is well-representing the concept of MyData.The European Union enacted the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in 2016, which stipulates the right to control personal information, access to information, and the right to delete information. However, there are still many problems, such as lack of reliability, lack of MyData management system, and lack of content. VRS proposes three missions to build a elaborately designed platform based on blockchain and address these issues to implement a service ecosystem that benefits all participants. 1)Provide a platform for creating new value with transparent and efficient data management. 2)Ensure stability of personal data and conveniently utilize it to create value. 3)Data without concern for forgery / modulation supports services that can be saved. To complete above missions, VRS would like to provide blockchain based variety services.
